The Green Lantern (PG-13): 6/26/11

The next Marvel hit is, yes, The Green Lantern with yet another good batch of ratings.  I walked into this movie just to sneak into my next review, Bad Teacher, but this was actually quite interesting.  It turns out this green ring gives him the power, not some stupid piece of rock or some genetically-altered spider.  Also, he doesn't have a grounded power, his power is turning imagination into reality.  He can create anything from just a thought.  That sounds interesting, am I right? Buyer for me.  General Rating: 4 out of 5 ****
